Joseph "Joe" Pavlich, Funeral Director
Married to Trish, who teaches 4th grade at Silver Ridge Elementary. They have one son, Garrett. Joe studied mortuary science at Miami Dade Community College, School of Mortuary Science. He started with Boyd's in 1989. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating and motor cycling, and is appreciated for his great sense of humor. |

Wilton, originally from Jamaica, is married to Christine. Wilton studied mortuary science at Lynn University for Mortuary Science at Boca Raton. He started with Boyd's in 1999. When not serving families, he spends his time reading, enjoying soccer, and spending quiet time with his wife. |

 | Rafael "Ralph" Avalos, Supervisor of the Preparation Room and Decease Care
Ralph is married to Marilyn, who works as a veterinarian's technician; they have one daughter, Isabella. Ralph went to Miami Dade Community College, School of Mortuary Science. He started with Boyd's in 1998. When not working, Ralph enjoys weight lifting and Eagle Claw Kung Fu. |

| | Linda Boyd, Administrative Coordinator and Office Manager
Linda and Larry Boyd have one son Michael and two grandchildren, Brian and Kayla. She has been working with Boyd's Family Funeral Homes since 1976. Linda coordinates the daily activities of the funeral home staff and is the funeral home's community liason. Linda is a committed community volunteer and has been active in several national, state and local organizations. Linda served as the President of the GFWC Florida Federation of Women's Clubs, 2002-2004. Currently she serves on the membership committee of the General Federation of Women's Club. Locally Linda volunteers her time with her Woman's Club, Canine Companions for Independence, and Relay For Life. Because of her volunteer efforts Linda was awarded the JC Penney Golden Rule Award, and the 2003 Champion of Mentoring Award from Take Stock In Children. In her spare time Linda enjoys attending the Miami Dolphin home games and boating with her family. |
