De Leon Vega, Felix, 79, of Miramar, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2020. Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico on June 10, 1940. Felix came to Florida in his early twenties but moved to New Haven, Connecticut.  He retired from Saint Raphael Hospital. He and his beloved wife of sixty years Caridad then returned back to South Florida.

Besides his great love of family, his passion was watching wrestling on TV and any action movies. He had a great mechanical ability and also loved fixing anything that was needed around the house.

He is survived by his loving wife, Caridad De Leon Colon; daughter, Madeline Rosario; sons, Felix Albert De Leon and his wife Patrice, son, Louis De Leon; sisters, Celia Lopez, Marta De Leon, Pascula Montanez; brother, Carmelo De Leon; grandchildren, Amina, Pedro, Crystal, Felix Joseph, Kyle, Elizabeth & Angelina and great granddaughters, Destiny, Sirrena, & Daenerys.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Monday, January 20th, at the funeral home.
